On Halloween, the preschool had a storybook dress up parade, but since I'm teaching this year, I didn't get any photos. They also had a classroom party and Alexa came home with plenty of 'treats', so instead of trick-or-treating, my little princess acted as hostess for the evening, excitedly opening the door to the trick-or-treaters and handing out the candy. I didn't realize how much Brody, too, had enjoyed our visitors until later that evening, when we had run out of candy and turned out our light, yet someone still rang the doorbell. Brody began pointing and crawling toward the door, and when we didn't get up to answer it, he started crying!
